I didn't create a password when I signed up for YouthRaise. How do I get my password?
YouthRaise is a passwordless application. Every time you log in, we send you a code via the email address we have on file for you. This helps us keep your account secure and you don't have to remember a password.
Do I need a credit card payment processing account?
Nope. We process all payments for you.
Do I have to pay any credit card processing fees?
No. The 10% we keep covers all credit card processing fees. It also pays for email delivery, text messages, web site hosting, and the occasional pizza.
How do we get our money at the end of the fundraiser?
When your fundraiser is over, we will send you a check.
Who are you guys and why should I trust you?

What happens if we don't reach our goal?
This isn't KickStarter. If you don't reach your goal, you can choose to extend your fundraiser to give it more time or you can end your fundraiser and collect your funds.
What if we reach our goal faster than expected?
Again, this isn't KickStarter. If your group nails its goal before your fundraiser ends, you can choose to end your fundraiser early and collect your funds, or raise your goal and keep going.
What about all our data?
At the end of your fundraiser, we will deliver you a report that includes everyone who participated in your fundraiser, including members and donors, both as a PDF and as a spreadsheet.
Can we use YouthRaise to sell products?
YouthRaise is not meant to be a sales tool - it's purpose is to solicit donations. That said, we do plan on adding 'perks' in the near future which will allow you to assign benefits to donation levels. For example, you could provide reserved seating at the Christmas concert for anyone who donates more than $50 to your orchestra.
